Exchange & Return Policy

We undertake that the goods are accepted for exchange and return with any of the following circumstances:

  • Exchange and return are reported within 7 days from the receipt date.
  • Exchange and return are requested due to defect of goods.
  • If some part of the packages are defective, we need to collect the whole set of the package together with the original invoice, and any other relevant documents for the process of exchange and return.
  • The goods are purchased from lifefactor.my.
  • Exchange and return goods have to be unused (except for defective products).
  • Goods' labels, serial number and security mark are able to be checked.
  • Exchange and return goods have to be kept in the way that manufacturers recommend.
  • Any other reason(s) that are not listed above but deem appropriate for exchange and return.

 

Procedures for Exchange and Return

When you require for an exchange and return service, please download and fill in the form here, and send the completed form to our Customer Service - Exchange & Return at the following address. Please take note of the followings:

  • Return the original copy of the signed Delivery Note, Invoice (if any), other accessories and goods in a complete set.
  • Please fill in the Remarks on the list exchange or return, the reasons for returns, quantity of return goods and enclose the list after the signature.
  • Please send to the following address if your location in

West Malaysia or Overseas,

  • After we confirm the receipt of the return goods, we shall arrange for refund or exchange in 14 working days.
  • If the whole process of exchange and return are valid, we will refund or exchange with reimbursement of the shipment fee.
  • In the event that we can't accept the exchange and/or the return, we will return the goods without reimbursement of shipment fee.

 

Refund Instructions
  • Paid by Online Banking - We will refund the payment directly to your bank account or issue an eCoupon to you.
  • Paid by Credit Card - We will refund the payment directly to your card account or issue an eCoupon to you.
  • Paid by COD - We will remit the money to your bank account or issue an eCoupon to you.
