SUN & EARTH® Pine Pure Essential Oil 15ml

Extraction method: Steam distillation of the needles and twigs of pine

Blends well with: tea tree oil, chamomile oil, marjoram oil, eucaplytus oil, peppermint oil and rosemary oil

Suggested use: For aromatherapy use. For all other uses, carefully dilute with a carrier oil such as jojoba, olive or almond prior to use.

Caution: Always dilute before use.
Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. Store in a cool, dry area without direct sunlight.

HOW TO USE ESSENTIAL OILS:

1. DIFFUSE
Diffuse oils at home to add a scent of essential oils to a room. Diffuse at night for better relaxation, or diffuse during work/study to improve energy and focus.

2. INHALE
Inhale directly, or rub between palms and breathe in. Put several drops of essential oil on a cotton ball and allow to evaporate into the air.

3. SKIN APPLICATION
Apply diluted essential oils to face, body or pulse points. You are advised to dilute pure essential oil with carrier oils like Jojoba, Avocado or Rosehip oil before applying directly to the skin.

CAUTION: Test essential oil on a small patch of your skin and observe for any irritation or reaction. If you feel any irritation, wash immediately with mild soap and water.

4. BATHS
Add 5-10 drops of essential oil to carrier oils or add directly to baths.

5. MASSAGE
Add 20 drops of pure essential oil to 1/4 cup of carrier oils to create your own blend of massage oil.

6. SPRAY
Add 5-10 drops of essential oil to water in a spray bottle, and shake well. Spray into the air for aroma.
